At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for all unworn footwear in its original condition. To ensure a full refund, please ensure the soles remain unmarked by trying them on a carpeted surface.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer mailing box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers verify the condition of the returned pair, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
