What is the typical delivery timeframe?
For 'Ready to Wear' collections, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' pairs, please allow 4-6 weeks for our artisans to craft and finish your shoes before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our footwear globally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, 'Ready to Wear' items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that 'Made to Order' or customized shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To preserve the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality cream polish regularly, and avoiding wearing the same pair on consecutive days.
Can your shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. Most of our footwear features Goodyear Welted or Blake Stitch construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler multiple times, ensuring decades of use.
